The guy in Tukwila called me to let me know that my purse organizers were finished today. I picked them up, paid for them, and they look great! I am so excited because this means I can definitely launch on 4/22, because I have products to sell!
I am missing one part for the laptop sleeve so I need to order that before we can start producing them. This isn’t going to be as hard to find as the purse organizer materials, so I think I’ll be able to manufacture everything the sleeves in the next 2 weeks or so.
I also got some costs in for lining material that is very comparable to the fabric I am already using, so I am really happy I have another supplier option for the bag lining. And this supplier is a little bit cheaper. I’d been working on chasing leads for a few months, so I am glad one of these leads worked out.
And tomorrow I am meeting with a photographer who will take pictures of the purse organizers for the website. Yippee!
All in all, a very good day. Time to celebrate with ice cream.
