I’d like to announce the newest member of the Plaid Doctrine team, our CCO, aka our Chief Crying Officer– CJ. She is in charge of making sure our operations are super-efficient. Since her arrival on June 9, our shipments have been packaged faster, our conference calls are much shorter, and she has helped eliminate any non-essential aspects of our operations.
Since her arrival things have been extremely chaotic, hence my 5 week hiatus from blogging. Planning expertise and project management skills haven’t helped me at all. She’s the boss. She’s unpredictable and authoritative. And I have to work around her schedule, which means I’m doing emails in the middle of the night. In short, she’s definitely the executive-type 
Overall though, now that things are settling down, I have to say I’m really enjoying having her around.
I’ll try to continue blogging as often as possible, I’m aiming for 2-3 times a week. Let’s see if I can stick to that.
