Returns and Exchanges
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and carefully inspect each item before it is shipped to you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us within 30 days for a exchange or full refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
for a free, pre-paid return label.
Our return policy is as follows:
- All merchandise returned must be in original (new) condition.
- Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the original shipping date.
- Please indicate via email at email@example.com the reason of your return so we can better serve you in the future.
- We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
- Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return/exchange from the date we receive your package. If the item is no longer in stock we will notify you.
- If you receive a package from us that looks damaged to the extent that the merchandise may actually be damaged, please refuse delivery and let us know by email immediately.
- All online sale/clearance purchases including temporary promotional purchases are final sale
Warranty and Repairs
Our one-year product guarantee does not cover any product damage that may result from normal wear-and-tear, airline mishandling, accidental damage, or misuse or abuse of the product. The warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e., abrasion of components and fabrics). For example, vegetable-tanned leather will distress and change texture over time and this would not be covered under our limited warranty.
Items listed as sale/clearance do not apply and are covered by a 30-day warranty against item defects only.
